Have fun and move with steps borrowed from belly dance, flamenco, and bollywood. No dance knowledge required! This is not a technique class. We'll get your heart rate up, develop balance, and increase core strength. Wear your workout gear. Socked feet, dance sneakers, or ballet shoes are encouraged. Hip scarves are not required. Please, no glass beads or athletic foot wear that grips firmly.
