Have you belly danced before, but it’s been a hot minute? Have you taken a beginner course but want to get a little more practice in before you hop into intermediate?  Do you want to take your basic belly dance movements to the next level?

If so, this is a class for you!  We will be working through the moves you already know but really focusing on getting them sharp (or smooth!) and on activating them with different muscle groups so that you have a solid foundation for building layers and more complex movements. There will be a lot of focus on posture and solid technique and maybe some fun exercises to help build up your belly dance strength.

This class is drop-in friendly and only requires that you have done one beginner session (usually 6 weeks).
